We are a Colorbond Fencing manufacturing business located in Acacia Ridge. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to join our operation.

n

About the role

n

Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will play an important role in overseeing the day-to-day production operation and supporting the team to ensure orders are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Leading and supporting the production team on a day-to-day basis
n
- Coordinating production and packing teams to meet fluctuating daily demands
n
- Monitoring production quality and ensuring products meet company standards
n
- Allocating tasks and managing workflow across the production area
n
- Assisting with stock, materials, and warehouse coordination
n
- Ensuring workplace health and safety procedures are followed
n
- Operating and overseeing manufacturing equipment
n
- Identifying production issues and helping implement practical solutions
n
- Training and supporting team members
n
- Maintaining a clean,



organised, and productive production environment
n

About you

n

n
- Has previous experience in a warehouse supervision, production supervision, or leading hand role
n
- Has strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Can confidently lead a team and keep production moving
n
- Has a good understanding of workplace health and safety
n
- Is organised, reliable, and hands-on
n
- Can work under pressure and prioritise competing tasks
n
- Has a strong eye for detail and quality
n
- Takes pride in their work and leads by example
n
- Experience in manufacturing, especially in a sheet metal, roofing or steel industry is preferred
n
