We're looking for a motivated and detail oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing accounting and tax team. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn, develop strong technical skills, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and BAS for individual, partnership, company, trust and SMSF clients
n
- Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients including the ATO and ASIC
n
- Work with the Partner and team to ensure client work is completed within an appropriate timeframe
n
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
n
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required
n
n
About you
n

- Recently completed or currently studying an accounting qualification
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
n
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
n
- Robust communication and organisational skills
n
- Eager to learn and grow within the role
n
n
