You pick the days. We send you to clients in their own homes or to residential aged care facilities across Canberra, you do the nursing, and a senior clinician is a phone call away if you need one.

QuestCare is a family-owned Canberra provider supporting NDIS participants, DVA clients and older people on Support at Home. We are small enough to care, but big enough to deliver, and our community nursing team is growing.

What the work looks like

- Mostly weekday, daytime visits in clients' homes
- Wound assessment and management, from simple dressings to complex and chronic wounds
- Continence assessments and management plans
- Teaching clients, families and support workers about medications, skin care and when to call for help
- Writing up your notes in ShiftCare on the day, from your phone or tablet

We also have agency shifts at aged care facilities and hospitals, including nights, if you want extra hours.



These are optional.

What you get

- Hourly rate as per Nurses Award plus penalties
- Paid travel time between clients
- You set your availability. No minimum hours, and no pressure to take shifts you don't want
- Paid orientation and annual training
- A senior RN you can call on every shift
- A small office where you know who you are talking to

What you need

- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as an RN
- Community or Aged Care nursing experience, especially in wound care and continence
- Confidence working on your own, and valuable judgement about when to escalate
- A driver's licence
- Current First Aid and CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check and relevant vaccinations
