At Zelica HealthLand we've built something deliberately small and deliberately excellent — an intimate, medical-led wellness centre in West Melbourne where clients come for genuine therapeutic care, not a conveyor belt. We're looking for a senior therapist who takes pride in their craft and wants a home, not just a room to rent.

This is a full-time, permanent role for an experienced practitioner ready to lead our massage service line and grow with us.

What you'll do:

- Deliver high-quality remedial and therapeutic massage to a loyal, growing client base
- Build lasting client relationships that turn first visits into long-term care plans
- Champion our premium treatment packages — because you believe in the results, not because you're pushing product
- Help shape a service standard other centres try to copy

What success looks like:

- Consistently strong booked utilisation (we aim for 50%+) — supported by our marketing and centre manager
- Introducing clients to 3+ high-value care packages a month, where it's genuinely right for them
- Clients who rebook, refer, and remember your name

What we offer:

- $90,000+ OTE — competitive base rate plus uncapped performance commission — plus superannuation

- Flexible hours across a civilised 7-day roster — we're open 10:30am–6:30pm,



so no late nights

Essential criteria:

- Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT52021 or equivalent) or higher
- HICAPS / health-fund claim eligible — current membership of a recognised professional association (AAMT, MMA, ATMS, MAA or AMT) with active or immediately obtainable provider numbers
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Australian working rights
- Available to start immediately

Highly regarded:

- Advanced diploma / myotherapy qualification
- Experience in a premium or medical wellness setting
- A genuine interest in longevity, preventive health and client outcomes
