Responsibilities

- Perform hands-on advanced carpentry and remedial works on-site.
- Lead and supervise trades/subcontractors and maintain productivity.
- Ensure adherence to WHS systems, inductions, and hazard controls.
- Maintain site quality assurance and workmanship standards.
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and defect reports.
- Problem-solve effectively and make timely site decisions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

- Competent Tradesman with proven remedial experience.
- Background in waterproofing, structural rectification,



façade and balcony repair.
- Strong understanding of remedial building codes and construction details.
- Capable of leading trades and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- White Card, driver’s licence, and reliable transport required.
