Beyond Borders Talent is looking for an ambitious outbound sales hunter who can turn their own cold conversations into qualified opportunities.

You bring the initiative, confidence and persistence. We handle the sales appointments, recruitment, onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

This opportunity combines substantial placement commissions with ongoing monthly trailing income.

Every client you introduce can lead to multiple placements, and you earn on every eligible placement.

About Beyond Borders Talent

Beyond Borders Talent helps Australian businesses grow their teams with skilled remote professionals based in the Philippines. We manage recruitment, onboarding, payments and ongoing support so our clients can focus on running their businesses.

Clients choose from three packages based on the experience and capability they need:

- Essential: $2,000 per month, per professional.
- Professional: $2,500 per month, per professional.
- Elite: $3,000 per month, per professional.

A placement is one professional engaged by a client. A client might start with one and grow to three, five or more. You earn commission on every placement with the clients you introduce, including future additions to their teams.

The chance

Your focus is finding prospective clients, starting conversations and booking qualified appointments with Australian business owners and decision-makers.

You will

- Source your own prospects through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and networking.
- Identify businesses with a genuine need for remote staff.




- Qualify their staffing requirements, budget and timing.
- Book qualified sales appointments for Beyond Borders Talent.
- Follow up consistently and keep accurate prospect records.
- Identify opportunities for additional placements within your introduced accounts.

You will build your pipeline from scratch using your own prospecting tools and methods. This suits someone who can create opportunities independently and maintain momentum without a supplied lead list. The target is 30 new paying clients a year. There is no cap on clients, placements or commissions.

Your commission

- 25% of the monthly placement fee for the first three months.
- 12.5% of the monthly placement fee for the following nine months.
- Plus $50 per placement, per month in trailing commission from day one. This continues for as long as the placement remains active and paying with Beyond Borders Talent and you remain contracted with us. There is no time limit.

What that looks like Introduce a client who engages three professionals on the $2,500 monthly package, and you earn:

- $2,025 per month for the first three months , including trailing commission.
- $1,087.50 per month for the following nine months , including trailing commission.




- $150 per month in continuing trailing income after those percentage commissions finish, while the conditions above remain met.

That is one client. Each additional placement creates another commission stream.

You are confident picking up the phone, comfortable speaking with business owners and persistent enough to follow up when the first answer is not a yes.

- Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, recruitment or B2B business development, or clear evidence of your ability to sell.

We value initiative, consistency and demonstrated results.

The business arrangement

This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity offered as an independent B2B contractor engagement, not an employee position .

You must hold an ABN , plus an ACN if operating through a company . You provide your own equipment and prospecting tools and manage your business expenses and applicable tax obligations.

There is no base salary or guaranteed income. The engagement and commission terms will be set out in a written contractor agreement.
