Sales Closer & Support Coach – Independent Contractor

NOVUM is an online coaching company supporting women with PCOS through personalised fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer & Support Coach to work with NOVUM on a subcontractor/independent contractor basis.

The Role

- Conduct approximately 5–15 pre-booked Zoom sales calls per week, depending on lead volume and availability
- Speak with warm, pre-qualified inbound leads who have already applied for coaching
- No cold calling or lead generation required
- Understand prospective clients’ goals, challenges and needs
- Explain NOVUM’s coaching options
- Handle questions and objections confidently
- Close suitable prospects into our coaching programs
- Assist with client onboarding and coaching support where required
- Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records

What We’re Looking For
- Previous phone or Zoom sales experience




- Personal training/fitness industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence discussing pricing and handling objections
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working remotely
- Genuine interest in women’s health and fitness

Contractor Commission
- 10% commission on Tier 1 sales
- 5% commission on Tier 2 sales
- Commission paid weekly
- No base salary or guaranteed earnings
- Call volume may vary depending on lead volume
- Prospect to take additional calls based on availability

Training & Onboarding

NOVUM will provide initial onboarding and product/sales training to familiarise the successful contractor with our programs, sales process and systems, along with ongoing team support and catch-ups.

Pay: Up to $1,500.00 per week
