About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the owner's right hand, making sure everything runs smoothly so the cafés stay organised, high quality, and calm. You'll lead day-to-day operations at Mary's and oversee systems and team management both day and night.

- Lead daily service & floor operations
- Manage staff, rosters & hiring
- Handle ordering, suppliers & stock
- Payroll & admin
- Improve systems and processes
- Maintain robust team culture
- Weekly oversight at both venues

- Experienced in café/hospitality management
- Organised, proactive and reliable
- Great with people and leadership
