Restaurant Floor Manager

Ciao Pizza – Wentworth Point

Ciao Pizza is a family-run Italian restaurant in Wentworth Point, known for authentic Italian food, woodfire pizza and a welcoming dining experience. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Floor Manager to join our team and help oversee the smooth running of our restaurant during service.

About the Role

As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service and keeping the restaurant running efficiently throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the front-of-house team during service
- Coordinate staff and ensure everyone is in the correct position and completing their duties
- Welcome guests and ensure they receive friendly, attentive service
- Monitor the dining room and maintain high service standards
- Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints professionally
- Assist with staff training and support new team members
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team
- Monitor table bookings, seating and table flow
- Ensure tables and the restaurant are kept clean, organised and presentable
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure restaurant procedures and standards are followed




- Help manage busy services and resolve any issues that arise
- Provide leadership and support to the team throughout the shift

About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a restaurant supervisor or management role
- Is confident leading and managing a team
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Can remain calm and organised in a busy restaurant environment
- Is reliable, responsible and has a strong work ethic
- Has a positive and professional attitude
- Is confident dealing with customers and resolving issues
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Has a genuine interest in hospitality and creating a outstanding guest experience
- RSA is required
