Join the Daniel’s Donuts Team

We’re looking for a reliable and confident Retail Team Member to join our Burwood store.

What You’ll Do

- Provide friendly customer service

- Serve and package donuts and other products

- Prepare coffee and beverages

- Operate the POS and process customer transactions

- Complete closing duties and keep the store clean and organised

- Restock products and assist with daily store duties

- Work independently when required

What We’re Looking For

- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience

- Confident working independently after training

- Reliable and responsible

- Friendly and customer-focused

- Positive communication and organisational skills

- POS or cash-handling experience is a plus

Availability

- Monday and Tuesday

- 5:00pm to close

- Availability for both evening closing shifts is preferred

- Must be comfortable completing the store closing independently after the training period
