We're looking for a warm, reliable casual retail assistant to join our small team. If you love genuine customer connection, have a can-do attitude, and want to be part of a store known for its curated range and legendary service — we'd love to hear from you.
The role
● Minimum 18+ hours per week — must have availability to work Saturdays
● Regular shifts across Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
● Above award rates, plus a generous staff discount and perks!
● Reliable availability across rostered days is essential, including possible shift increases through the Christmas trading period
What you'll bring
● Customer service, hospitality or retail experience — essential
● A genuine,
friendly manner and pride in delivering a great customer experience
● A can-do attitude
● A team player
● Reliability and flexibility, particularly around Christmas trade
● Ability to stand for extended periods and move stock as required
● Comfort learning POS systems and day-to-day store processes
What you'll be doing
● Welcoming customers and helping them find the perfect gift
● Processing sales, gift wrapping and eftpos/POS transactions
● Keeping the store looking beautiful
● Representing the Eshe brand and values in everything you do
