? The Role: Workwear Sales Consultant (Full Time)

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, customer-first individual to join our Mackay store as a Full-Time Sales Consultant. If you love helping people, enjoy working with high-quality products, and thrive in a team environment—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional in-store service to customers across a range of industries
- Assist with product selection and sizing across workwear, footwear, PPE, and more
- Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships
- Keep our store well-stocked,



organised, and looking sharp
- Tuesday to Saturday Roster

? What You’ll Bring:

- A passion for customer service and helping people
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Sales experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
- Positive energy, professionalism, and strong presentation
- Good computer skills and the ability to multitask
- A team player who’s also confident working independently

Experience in retail, clothing, uniforms, or safety gear is a plus—but not essential.
