Role Description

This is an in office role for a Retail Salesperson located in Melbourne or Sydney CBD.

The Retail

Salesperson will assist customers with their purchases, provide product recommendations, and address any inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout, managing inventory, and meeting sales goals.



The role also involves building strong customer relationships and contributing to a team-oriented retail environment.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of products and experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results
- Ability to maintain a tidy and organized store environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and good time management skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is advantageous
