- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 10am - 2pm (Over Time Rates) on a one on/one off Roster basis

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and deliver consistently high-level service
- Provide clear and accurate product information to support customer puchasing decisions
- Manage incoming phone calls and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Process sales and transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct follow-up communication with customers when required to ensure satisfaction
- Contribute to merchandising and stock management, including maintaining organised displays and replenishing inventory
- Work rostered hours in a supportive team environment:
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
- Saturday: 10am - 2pm

About You

- You are a customer‑focused, friendly,



and highly organised team member, comfortable working across a busy shop‑floor environment each day
- You bring a minimum 1+ years retail sales experience (preferred)
- You are physically fit, with the ability to perform occasional lifting as part of daily store operations.
- You demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, maintaining a professional and approachable manner at all times.
- You possess solid computer skills and can confidently support day‑to‑day store administration, including POS and general operational tasks.
- You have a positive, energetic attitude, with the ability to quickly absorb and retain information — a key strength for success in this role.
- You are available for Saturday roster work (one week on / one week off, no Sunday, late nights or Public Holidays required)
- You value a healthy work–life balance and are seeking a stable full‑time position.
