Job Description

Supermicro is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support customers by troubleshooting and repairing enterprise IT hardware at customer sites. You will travel to data centers, perform break/fix services, and replace defective components, ensuring adherence to safety and SOPs.

Occasional installations and on-site service are required, with up to 50% travel. The role demands solid communication to provide factual status updates and coordinate with the Technical Account Manager for scope
