Exciting opportunities exist for experienced and motivated Scrub/Scout Registered Nurses to join the team at a private hospital in Lismore.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care;
n
- Scrub and scout across a variety of surgical specialties;
n
- Collaborating closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre teams;
n
- Participating in advanced robotic-assisted surgical procedures;
n
- Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical practice;
n
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

n

- Current registration with AHPRA;
n
- Previous Scrub Scout experience in an acute perioperative environment;
n
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail;
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
n
- Experience in robotic surgery is advantageous but not essential;
n
- A commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care.
