A day in the life at Cakes by Max:

n

Manage the execution of our daily operations and running of the store including store cleanliness and presentation

n

Manage the planning and execution of the store including but not limited to rosters and marketing promotions

n

Lead by example and drive our Team Members to deliver memorable guest service and experience

n

Manager our people related tasks including recruitment, training and development, coaching, feedback and performance management.

n

Deliver on set sales budget and manage labour spend, stock levels and other controllable expenses

n





Build morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team member input is encouraged and valued

n

Ensure all Cakes by Max standards are upheld at all times

n

Manage, prepare and serve our delicious drinks including coffees, hot chocolates and teas to the finest standard

n

Manage, prepare and serve dessert menu items that promise to tempt all taste buds to the finest standard

n

Complete in-house training to keep you up to date

n

About You:

n

Previous management experience of minimum 2 years is essential

n

Previous hospitality or retail experience is essential

n

Exceptional customer service experience

n

Ability to lead and effectively communicate

n

Energetic, positive and guest focused with can do attitude

n

Love the energy the hospitality industry brings

n

Enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests

Driven to provide exceptional guest service

n

Ability to work well collaboratively as part of a team
