Gemellini in Australia is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Nobby Beach. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure quality and presentation, and drive a positive kitchen culture within a small, loyal venue.

Ideal candidates are experienced Head Chefs or strong Sous Chefs with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine background, robust cost control skills and a calm, organised leadership style. Australian working rights are required.
