The Opportunity:

An industry-leading organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its People & Culture team.

n

Supporting senior HR leaders, you'll provide practical HR advice across a diverse workforce while partnering closely with leaders on a broad range of people matters.

n

This is a true generalist position with responsibilities spanning workforce planning, talent activities, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and day-to-day HR support. You'll play an important role in helping leaders make informed people decisions while ensuring a positive employee experience across the business.

n

The role is well suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further develop their career within a large and complex organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees.
n
- Support activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, workforce movements and offboarding.
n
- Assist with workforce planning and resourcing requirements.
n
- Coach leaders through performance, conduct and people matters.
n
- Support employee and industrial relations activities, including investigations where required.
n
- Contribute to recruitment, talent and learning initiatives.
n




- Build solid relationships with stakeholders across the business.
n
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures.
n
- Support broader People & Culture projects and initiatives.
n

What You'll Need:

n

n
- Experience in an HR Advisor, P&C; Advisor or similar generalist HR position.
n
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and contemporary HR practices.
n
- A strong HR generalist background, with exposure to Employee Relations including performance management, conduct and workplace matters.
n
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
n
- Previous experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, civil, mining or similar operational environments will be highly regarded.
n
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
n
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
n
