What You'll Be Working On

n

As a Recruitment Officer, you'll manage full recruitment cycles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment,



delivering a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

n

Your responsibilities include:

n

n
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
n
- Writing and posting job ads, reviewing applications, and conducting screenings
n
- Coordinating interviews and partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
n
- Proactively sourcing, headhunting, and building talent pools
n
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
n
- Providing market insights and contributing to process improvements
n

Experience that would suit the role:

n

n
- 1-2 years recruitment experience, ideally gained as an internal recruiter in fast-paced Retail or FMCG environments.
n
- Demonstrated experience in talent pooling, proactive sourcing, and headhunting
n
- Experience managing multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines
n
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail
n
- Confidence using recruitment systems, job boards, and sourcing tools
n
