TSHR is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive employee engagement and lead generation across our portfolio of enterprise clients in Australia. You will work with senior HR, Finance, Payroll, and Executive leaders to increase participation in employer-sponsored vehicle and novated leasing programs. You’ll bring 3+ years in account management or leadership roles, a proven ability to influence senior decision makers and a commercial mindset to grow revenues and engagement.
