Assessor / Estimator - Insurance Repairs

Canungra, QLD TBuild QLD is growing and we are looking for an experienced Assessor / Estimator to join our team. This role is focused on insurance assessments and estimating, working closely with insurers and our internal team to deliver accurate scopes and costings across a high volume of claims. About the Role

Attend sites to complete insurance assessments and damage reports Prepare detailed scopes of works and estimates Identify cause of damage and required rectification works Liaise with insurers, owners and internal team Upload reports and documentation via platforms such as Prime and ENData Assist with project handover to supervisors for delivery Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and within KPI's About You

Proven experience in insurance building/assessing/estimating (essential) Strong estimating and scoping ability High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting Confident communicator Trade background highly beneficial Why Join TBuild QLD
