About the role:

Administrative and coordination support across Learning & Development and Capability initiatives

Preparing and maintaining documentation, correspondence, records and reports

Coordinating meetings, training sessions and team priorities

Managing shared inboxes and routine enquiries, escalating where needed

Supporting the LMS with enrolments and system access

About you:

2+ years' experience in an L&D; function, or an HR generalist background with robust L&D; exposure

A true doer, comfortable managing the details as well as senior stakeholder coordination

Highly organised, accurate, and able to juggle competing priorities

On offer:

$80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
