The Role

n

This is a senior operational leadership opportunity with full P&L; responsibility across the Electrical, HVAC and broader Trades division. You will oversee both service operations and installation/project teams, driving commercial performance, sustainable revenue growth and a high-accountability culture.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Owning revenue, profitability, margins and operational KPIs across the division
n
- Leading large operational teams through capable frontline and functional leaders
n
- Coaching, developing and holding leaders accountable for performance
n
- Driving growth and productivity across service, installation and project operations
n
- Ensuring jobs are delivered on time and to consistently high standards
n
- Maintaining pricing discipline and a reliable customer experience
n
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvements
n
- Upholding workplace health and safety, quality and compliance requirements
n
- Using data and commercial insights to support sound decision-making
n

Success will be measured through financial performance, revenue growth, operational efficiency,



leadership development, compliance and customer outcomes.

About You

n

You are an experienced operations leader with strong commercial capability and a proven ability to manage through other leaders. You know how to balance financial performance, operational discipline, team development and customer expectations in a fast-moving service workplace.

You will bring:

- Senior operational leadership experience within trades, field services, construction, maintenance or a related sector
n
- Demonstrated profit and loss ownership
n
- Strong financial, analytical and commercial acumen
n
- Experience leading large service or operational teams through managers and supervisors
n
- A track record of improving revenue, profitability and productivity
n
- The ability to build a high-performance culture based on accountability and continuous improvement
n
- A practical approach to solving operational challenges
n
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service
n
- Experience across both service and installation/project operations would be highly regarded
n
- Senior leadership role with genuine ownership and influence
n
- Full accountability for a substantial, multi-service division
n
