The Performance Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in driving digital growth strategy, taking ownership of paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest to deliver strong revenue growth, customer acquisition and marketing performance. Reporting to the Leadership Team, this is a strategic yet hands-on position suited to an experienced marketer who can confidently lead campaign planning, execution, optimisation and reporting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Working closely with internal Creative and Marketing teams, as well as an external agency partner,



the role focuses on using data and insights to optimise channel investment, improve efficiency and scale performance across both eCommerce and retail channels. With responsibility for managing a significant paid media budget and delivering measurable commercial outcomes, the role also offers future leadership potential as the broader performance marketing function expands.

Location: Zetland

Salary: $100k-$110k + super
