The Operations Officer – Leader Trainer (OO-LT) works with Unit Support Teams to deliver competency-based training and assessment programs and maintain skills. The role also supports design and review of training packages and participates in operational command and control during regional or state-wide operations. This full time, ongoing role requires travel from home to the Regional Office or ICC within 60 minutes when rostered as Duty Officer outside ordinary hours.
