The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on
Fitter & Turner
to join a friendly and experienced team.
You'll be involved in a varied mix of
fitting, manual machining, fabrication and maintenance , making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working on different projects rather than repetitive production work.
What's on offer
Up to $50 per hour , depending on skills and experience
Monday to Friday,
6:30am-2:30pm
Overtime only when required for specific projects
Different work every day
Manual milling and lathe work
Fitting, machining, fabrication and maintenance
Temp to Perm opportunity
for the right person

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
Solid experience as a
Fitter & Turner
Strong manual machining skills
Confidence operating
manual milling machines and lathes
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Experience with fitting, fabrication and general maintenance
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A strong commitment to quality and safe work practices
Experience with Cutex 160A MC and HAAS VF3 will be highly regarded.
