About the Role
You will be operating new-model trucks and contemporary tipper combinations, ranging from quad trailers through to Quinn combinations,across a variety of construction, civil, quarry and material haulage projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Safely and professionally operating truck and tipper combinations
Operating a range of modern combinations, including quads and quinns
Completing daily vehicle pre-start inspections
Loading and tipping materials at various sites
Ensuring loads and tailgates are correctly secured before travelling
Complying with Chain of Responsibility and fatigue management requirements
Completing required dockets and documentation
Maintaining regular communication with allocations and operations
Keeping vehicles clean and reporting defects promptly
Following all company,
client and site safety requirements
What We're Looking For
To be considered, applicants should have:
Current HC Driver Licence
Tipper experience preferred
Experience with quad or Quinn combinations highly regarded
Good understanding of heavy vehicle safety and Chain of Responsibility
Ability to complete pre-starts and required documentation
Strong communication skills
Reliable and qualified attitude
Ability to work early starts and flexible hours when required
Good driving record
Civil construction or material haulage experience highly regarded
