3–5 years' experience in real estate, ideally with exposure to debt/credit (equity-side candidates also welcome) Real estate experience across multiple sectors Strong financial modelling skills A proactive attitude, with a genuine desire to learn and grow with the business Experience at a smaller, more specialist firm is well regarded, though not essential This is a fantastic prospect to join a close-knit, high-performing team with real autonomy and the chance to make a genuine impact, rather than being one of many in a large institution.
