The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality, individualised, person-centred and evidence-based nursing care to patients within the Milton Ulladulla Cancer Care Centre, including the Oncology Day Care Unit. The role also requires rotation to the Shoalhaven Cancer Centre for education and training purposes. Working collaboratively with patients, families and the MDT, the RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to promote positive health outcomes. They will establish therapeutic and professional relationships with individuals, families, groups and communities, and provide supervision and support to less experienced clinicians as required.
