nbn is seeking a Senior Field Change and Readiness Lead to support our distributed field workforce in adopting complex operational changes safely and effectively.

You will translate enterprise change into practical readiness plans, communications and actions for technicians, field leaders, depots and partners, ensuring safety, fatigue management, workflow and customer outcomes are addressed throughout the process.
