We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key client contracts, build strategic partnerships and drive strong commercial, operational and customer outcomes.

n

This is a role for someone who wants more than contract administration. You'll have the influence to make decisions, build relationships, improve performance and shape how we deliver for our clients.

n

The Opportunity

n

As Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for the commercial and operational performance of a portfolio of key contracts.

n

You'll work closely with Account Managers, operational leaders and senior stakeholders to ensure we deliver against contractual commitments while identifying opportunities to improve performance, strengthen partnerships and drive growth.

n

Your role will include:

- Managing key client contracts and strategic relationships
n
- Driving commercial performance, profitability and contract outcomes
n
- Leading contract renewals, reviews and negotiations
n
- Monitoring KPIs,



SLAs and contractual compliance
n
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
n
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth
n
- Resolving complex commercial and operational issues
n
- Coaching and supporting high-performing teams
n
- Providing commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
n
- Supporting strategic initiatives across the broader business

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a commercially minded leader who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and building strong partnerships.

n

You'll bring:

n

- Proven experience in Contract Management, Facilities Management,



Operations Management or a similar leadership role
n
- Strong leadership and people management capability
n
- Demonstrated experience managing strategic client relationships
n
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
n
- Experience managing budgets, profitability and contract performance
n
- Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs and contractual compliance
n
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
n
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement
n

n

Experience in Facilities Management, property services or another service-based industry will be highly regarded.

n

Exposure to ESG or sustainability initiatives is also advantageous.
