AM-Transport Supervisor – Join Our Dynamic Team!

An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and experienced Transport Supervisorto become a vital part of our growing team.

n

We are a 24/7 operation, and this role is based on a Sunday to Wednesdayroster, scheduled to best support the needs of the role and business operations.

n

4:00am- 4:00pm

Sunday to Wednesday

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accurate and timely tracking and data entry
n
- Ensuring all driver paperworkis completed daily
n
- Planning and schedulinglocal pickups and deliveries
n
- Identifying and resolvingoperational issues as they arise
n
- Maintaining compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR)requirements
n
- Clear and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
n
- Promoting and supporting a safe and healthy work environment
n
- Participating in safety initiatives and toolbox talks
n
- Optimising load capacitiesfor efficiency and cost-effectiveness
n




- Leading by example – professional presentation and high standards
n

Qualifications & Requirements

n

n
- Ability to work autonomouslyand within a team
n
- Minimum 2 years experiencein an operations or supervisory role within the heavy vehicle industry
n
- Ability to provide up to date, contactable references
n
- Willingness to learn internal software systems
n
- Capable of performing under pressure in a time-critical setting
n
- Strong written and verbal communicationskills
n
- This is a hands on role so experience loading and unloading trucks
n
- Weekly pay cycle
n
- No after-hours calls
n
- Company-supplied uniforms
n

- Availability during peak periods(Christmas, Easter, and other major holidays) is essential – holiday blackout periods apply

- Successful applicants must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
