About the opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer enquiries and orders across a broad and varied medical device portfolio, providing responsive and solutions-focused support.



You will take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to resolution, managing quotes, orders, back orders, credits, warranties, repairs and product-related enquiries. Working closely with Sales, Warehouse and Operations, you will play an important role in delivering an efficient and positive customer experience. Duties

Process customer quotes and orders Manage customer enquiries end-to-end Resolve complaints through to completion Manage warranties and faulty products Coordinate product repair requests Liaise with Sales and Warehouse Maintain accurate customer records Prepare Excel reports and databases Skills and Experience

Medical device or Medtech industry experience Established phone-based customer service experience Demonstrated career stability Strong Excel and systems skills SAP experience will be highly regarded. Culture
