About the Role This is a hands‑on position involving the construction and installation of:

Patios and pergolas

Timber and composite decking

Outdoor living areas

Roofing and associated building work

General carpentry and installation work

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can think on their feet and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.





What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in roofing, decking and/or carpentry

A solid understanding of general building and construction principles

The ability to work independently and use initiative

A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

Strong problem‑solving skills

The ability to follow instructions, plans and work schedules

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A punctual, reliable and trustworthy approach to work

Good communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with clients

A positive, friendly and self‑motivated attitude

A willingness to be part of a small team where everyone works together to get the job done
