Maintaining the highest level of standards for all products prepared by yourself Follow health & safety procedures at all times Produce superior product displays Requirements:

Experience as a sous chef in the ala-carte breakfast and lunch service. Experience with managing a large team Relevant qualifications Passionate about providing a truly memorable customer service experience every time. Great personality and personal presentation Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Able to obtain a current police check What we offer:
