TOMRA Food in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Australian service operation. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on field involvement, driving continuous improvement, capability development and robust customer outcomes. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will oversee Field Service, Customer Care, Technical Training and Project Installations, with travel up to 50% across Australia to stay close to customers and projects.
