Job Description

Independent Multicultural Media Australia Ltd (IMMA) is seeking a proactive Member Services Manager to be the main contact for over 60 multicultural media outlets, building solid relationships and understanding each member's needs. You will manage communications, provide timely updates, run briefings, and onboard new members to the MMD platform, ensuring accurate records and smooth campaign delivery.
