Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Run, motivate, and manage a productive crew on the factory floor.
- Plan Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and execute technical drawings and production plans.
- Quality & Safety:



Maintain high-quality manufacturing standards while strictly enforcing workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
- Operations: Manage daily timeframes, production schedules, and material setups efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience successfully running and organizing a crew of workers.
- Industry Expertise: Strong concrete knowledge and steel fixing experience are essential.
- Plan Reading: Ability to confidently read and interpret complex structural plans.
- Work Ethic: Highly reliable, punctual, and possesses exceptional time-management skills.
- Precast Experience: Previous experience in a precast concrete workplace is highly regarded
