The Chance

At our Lorna Jane Chatswood store you will lead a team of retail sales assistants and take full ownership of everything that matters the culture on the floor, the results at the end of the week, and the operational standard that holds it all together.

This role needs two things in equal measure: the ability to develop and inspire people, and the discipline to run a tight, commercially strong store. If you have retail sales management experience in apparel, sports or activewear, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss out on.

What We're Looking For You might be a successful Assistant manager or a store manager from another retail business: You bring:

- Retail management experience and the commercial instincts to back it up
- Operational confidence including VM, stock, and store standards
- The ability to lead people and run the business simultaneously
- The ability to build a sales culture that lasts and creates loyal customers
