As the Road Network Coordinator Resources, you will play a key role in keeping Council’s road construction and maintenance operations moving.

Working at the centre of day-to-day delivery you will coordinate people, plant, materials and site resources ensuring crews have what they need to deliver works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What we are looking for in you

- Practical, confident and organised leader with relevant qualification and/or demonstrated experience in civil construction, road construction or a related field.
- Experience coordinating construction and maintenance works with the ability to effectively organise employees, plant, materials and resources while managing changing priorities and keeping works on track.
- A capable and dependable leader who communicates with purpose, take accountability and brings people and resources together to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes for our road network and community.
- A current Class C Driver licence and WHS Construction Induction (White) Card.
- Qualifications in Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Control Plans or willingness to obtain.
