? WE’RE HIRING: RPL STUDENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

? Logan, Queensland | Hybrid position

? $65,000–$75,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, confident with computers and genuinely passionate about helping students succeed within the aged care and disability support industries.

This role is about guiding students through their RPL journey, keeping them engaged and helping them reach completion.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Conducting eligibility calls and helping students understand the right qualification and pathway
- Guiding students to collect and submit suitable evidence
- Regularly checking in with students to maintain their progress
- Following up consistently and keeping students accountable to their timeframes
- Managing several students, tasks and RPL processes at the same time
- Maintaining accurate student records, spreadsheets and electronic files
- Working closely with assessors and the wider RPL team
- Identifying problems and following through until they are resolved
- Contributing to team completion targets and positive student outcomes

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong computer skills and confidence learning recent systems
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage several processes at once




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures accurately
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed within this industry
- A natural communicator who can build rapport and explain requirements clearly
- Confidence following up students, having honest conversations and keeping people accountable
- The ability to work independently, solve problems and follow tasks through to completion
- The ability to work productively from home and attend our Logan office as required
- A dependable team player who communicates well and supports the wider team
- A friendly, approachable and positive attitude
