We are currently looking for staff at ALPHA restaurant that are passionate, customer focused Section Waiters / Bartenders / Runners to join our dedicated team at one of our premier restaurants.

To be a successful in this exciting position we require the following:

- Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery.
- Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times.
- Ability to manage a given section during service periods.
- Experience in a high-paced, fine dining environment
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent eye for detail
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine




- Hold a current RSA
- Excellent personal presentation
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Ability to develop relationships with a wide range of clients
- Be highly organised with the ability to think on your feet

The successful applicant we be offered Pay is $27.83 to $48.70 per hour (depending on day of the week and experience level) + TIPS as well as generous dining discounts across the group. This is an exciting prospect with the chance to work in a truly exceptional environment.
