Continue your career at The Star Gold Coast as a Safer Gambling Duty Manager, where you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the Safer Gambling team, supporting the delivery of The Star's Safer Gambling strategy and harm minimisation programs. You will provide operational leadership, manage complex guest welfare matters, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture that prioritises responsible gambling and guest wellbeing.

What we are looking for
- Previous experience acting in a Safer Gambling Duty Manager capacity, including managing guest welfare and harm minimisation matters
- Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, performance management and team development
- Demonstrated ability to make difficult decisions and confidently manage sensitive conversations
- Strong understanding of safer gambling principles, harm minimisation practices and regulatory obligations
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain a Queensland Key Employee (KE) Casino Licence (which includes thorough and ongoing background checks)
