About The Opportunity

- Location: Welshpool, Perth, Australia
- Employment type: Full-time, maximum term of up to 12 months
- Start date: November 2026

We're looking for someone to join the Sales team for a maximum term of up to 12-months to cover a period of leave within the team. It's a great chance to build your skills in sales administration and customer service to broaden your experience across the business.

What You'll Do

- Process customer purchase orders into our ERP system (AX)
- Manage documentation through to delivery
- Handle client enquiries, quotations and proposals, including quotes on behalf of External Sales
- Liaise with Sales, Production and local and overseas suppliers so customers get accurate, timely information
- Monitor factory and external purchase orders and keep customers updated on delivery status
- Resolve customer complaints
- Prepare sales and delivery performance reports as required
- Apply quality,



safety and environmental principles in line with our Integrated Management System

What We're Looking For

- Experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar role (3–5 years preferred)
- Knowledge of our products, processes or production workplace highly regarded
- Strong ERP skills (AX highly regarded) and advanced Excel, plus Word, Outlook and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy and literacy
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
- Business administration qualification (desirable)
