Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales outreach and marketing activities for NextGenius Tech Venture’s AI products and innovation programs. This internship role is on-site, based in Sydney, NSW, and offers hands-on experience working closely with the sales and marketing team. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with lead generation, preparing sales presentations, updating CRM records, and supporting customer engagement initiatives.





The intern will help coordinate marketing campaigns, create basic content for social media and email outreach, and participate in events or workshops that promote NextGenius within the innovation community. The role also involves gathering feedback, supporting training sessions for prospective clients, and contributing to process improvements in sales and customer service workflows.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, pipeline tracking, and sales operations.
- Interest or experience in Training and onboarding activities to assist in client education and product demonstrations.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, including social media, email campaigns, and event promotion.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment and willingness to learn about AI and digital innovation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or marketing platforms is an advantage).
