What You'll Be Doing

- Lead Pre-Qualification & Appointments: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, qualifying prospective buyers and booking appointments.
- Database Nurturing: Maintain persistent,



regular contact with unready or cold leads in our CRM, providing updates, re-engaging prospects, and preventing opportunities from slipping through the cracks.
- Local Networking: Build relationships with local developers, real estate agents, and financial brokers for opportunities.
- Display Hosting: Greet visitors at our office and display home location, delivering a warm, professional first impression.
