About the role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in streamlining the sales process, managing buyer inquiries and interacting with vendors, and providing exceptional support to the sales team. You will work alongside a high-performing Sales team with hands-on training and experience to pave the way to a successful real estate career. Your understanding of the real estate industry and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities

- Lead generation and prospecting for potential buyers

- Building strong client relationships

- Booking appraisals for lead agents

- Building and growing a database

- Coordinating and hosting open house inspections and private viewings

- Providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey

- Assisting clients in their property search, providing tailored support and guidance throughout the purchasing process

- Managing and responding to buyer inquiries promptly and professionally





- Keeping accurate records of buyer preferences and feedback to assist in future sales strategies

- Collaborating closely with the sales team, providing administrative support and helping to prepare sales documentation

About you

- Proven experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a sales role (preferred but not a must)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service focus

- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems is an advantage
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a commitment to achieving results
