We are looking for a motivated, energetic and career-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This is an opportunity to work alongside a high-performing agent, gain hands-on experience across all aspects of residential sales and develop the skills and knowledge required to build a successful career in Real Estate. Prior real estate experience is preferred and a current Real Estate Certificate or Licence is essential, however, the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Full training, mentoring and support will be provided to help you develop and progress within the industry.

What we offer:

You will receive a flexible base salary (plus superannuation) based on your experience and skill set, together with a quarterly performance-based bonus structure that rewards your contribution and results. A company mobile phone will be provided, along with a car and fuel allowance. The role is predominantly focused on the Maroochydore market, giving you the prospect to develop strong local knowledge and relationships within one of the Sunshine Coast’s most active property markets.

You will work five days per week, with Thursdays and Sundays off, and must be available to work Saturdays.

No two days will be the same. This is a hands-on role with plenty of time spent meeting clients, attending properties, conducting open homes,



prospecting and being involved in the day-to-day activity of a busy sales business.

You will work directly alongside a highly experienced local agent while also being part of the team at Century 21 on Duporth, one of the Sunshine Coast’s recognised and awarded real estate agencies. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, build your confidence and develop the skills required to progress your career in residential sales.

The role will include:

Open homes and client enquiries, seller and buyer communication, appointment scheduling and management, pre-listing and post-sale appointments, digital and print marketing, database management, forms and contracts, prospecting and outbound calls. We are looking for someone who is well presented, energetic, organised, adaptable and confident communicating with people. You will need to have a genuine willingness to learn, take initiative, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be committed to delivering a high level of service to clients.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants more than just a job — we are looking for someone who wants to build a career in Real Estate.
