About the Role

Following a comprehensive onboarding and training program, you'll become a trusted advisor to customers visiting our showroom and enquiring online or by phone.

You'll guide clients through an important and considered purchasing journey, helping them find the perfect instrument while delivering a level of service that reflects the Steinway brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome, engage, and build rapport with showroom visitors.
- Generate sales opportunities from walk-in, online, and telephone enquiries.




- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Deliver personalised, premium customer experiences at every touchpoint.
- Support showroom events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
- Build relationships with music teachers, educators, and industry contacts.
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation standards.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, providing expert advice, and delivering memorable customer experiences.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in retail sales, luxury sales, consultative selling, or a customer-facing role.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong motivation to achieve sales outcomes and exceed customer expectations.
- A polished, professional, and confident presentation style.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team.
- Persistence and professionalism when managing longer sales cycles.
- Availability to work every Saturday as part of the regular roster.

A passion for music, performance, or the arts will be highly regarded, although musical expertise is not essential. Training & Career Development
